to develop the potential of the river and other urban waters - in cultural,
educational, social and economic terms
Key objectives of the platform's work:
• heighten the significance of the river/waterfront areas in the everyday
life of the cities
• explore rivers/waterfront areas as an urban territory for sustainable
development and a source of artistic inspiration
• increase access and enable civic engagement with waterfront public space
• negotiate the barriers to successful cross-sectorial working and social
inclusion
• encourage partnerships and artistic co-productions
• share concepts and practice
