Activity groups

Being inspired by members' interests expressed in the internal survey ACTIVITY GROUPS (small clusters of members attracted in the same kind of work) are being established. This will create favorable conditions for collaborative projects of the Platform Members to emerge.

All, Council and Associated Members, are encouraged to play as active a role in task delivery as possible and collaborate with Board Members in Activity groups.

Four transversal ACTIVITY GROUPS are being established:
-
CAP group: Capacity-building (networking opportunities, learning tools, laboratories of expertise, concepts)
-
ART group: Artistic collaborations (project ideas, suggestions for collaborations, co-productions)
-
R&D group: Research & Development (collection of data on the impact of culture from various perspectives, commission of research)
-
COM group: Communication & PR (external activities, representation, website/ newsletter management, use of the logo)

The groups operate with some autonomy, but the Board members in each group are responsible for coordination and documentation of processes and results.

Each Activity Group together with the Board, will work out a plan of action with specific milestones in order for the Board to keep track of developments.

The COM group will be a link between the activities and progress of each group, and collect information for both external and internal use.
